Rent is due monthly

Rent is due on the 1st of the month

	For your convenience, ask about the Credit Card Payment Plan, or you can pay with check or cash.
	Please keep all addresses and phone numbers current.
	To protect your possessions, ask about SafeStor^®Insurance or Deans & Homer^® Insurance protection.

No Refunds:

No refunds of unused rents.

No Partial Payments:

NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS for rent or fees will be accepted

Chargeback's:

Any Chargeback's will be assessed a $45.00 fee

Office Hours:
Monday-Thursday	9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday	9:00am - 5:00pm

For the protection of your stored goods, our areas are treated with pest-control chemicals.

Caution

Failure to pay rent on time will result in:

	$10 late fee charges assessed one day after the 5th of the month and denied access to your storage room
	$15 pre-lien fee after 15 days late
	$40 Lien (final foreclosure notice) after 30 days late
	$30 Inventory and sale fee after 45 days late
	Assessment of a lien and sale of your stored goods

Store at your own risk

We recommend that you do not store: High-risk valuables - Guns - Money - Securities - Jewelry - Furs - Paintings

No unauthorized use of dumpsters

	You must leave your room clean
	$500 fine for trash violations
