No Refunds:

• No refunds of unused rents.

No Partial Payments:

• NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS for rent or fees will be accepted

Chargeback's:

• Any Chargeback's will be assessed a $45.00 fee

24 Hour Access

• For the protection of your stored goods, our areas are treated with pest-control chemicals.

Caution

Failure to pay rent on time will result in:

• $10 late fee charges assessed one day after the 5th of the month and denied access to your storage room
• $15 pre-lien fee after 15 days late
• $40 Lien (final foreclosure notice) after 30 days late
• $30 Inventory and sale fee after 45 days late
• Assessment of a lien and sale of your stored goods

• You must leave your room clean
• $500 fine for trash violations
